Athleticism is not just our ability to jump high, run fast, or change direction quickly, it is our ability to do so safely and effectively. Our program follows a structured approach to improve your young athletes' ability to compete at a high level while maintaining balance and strength.
As any high level athlete will tell you, everything you do off the field should translate to making you a stronger competitor on the field. Our performance focused training will emphasize strength, speed, and coordination. No matter the skillset, these performance variables will translate across a number of athletic disciplines.
Dealing with the pain of failure is a part of life. Our program is designed with fun games in mind that will challenge your youth physically, but help them learn to win with grace and fail with confidence. Through practice we will help to teach kids to not see loss as failure but rather as an opportunity to learn and grow.
As a previous collegiate All-American (baseball), Chase knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. Since college, Chase had dedicated his time in training to improving sports performance across a number of disciplines, including golf, baseball, and general athleticism.
Chase is a highly trained professional who is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each class, ensuring that your child gets the most out of every workout.
As a youth Eric was an avid athlete in a multitude of sports including hockey, tennis, soccer, track, and BMX. As a trainer Eric is highly specialized in injury prevention, mobility and pain mitigation. His passion for fitness goes beyond simple body composition transformations, he wants your young athlete to not only compete at a high level, but do so for as long as they can.
As a trainer Eric is a certified professional who has extensive experience in the fitness industry. He is passionate about helping your youth and will work to create an environment and training program dedicated to helping your child achieve their goals.
